### Cancellation and Refund Policy All payments for Live Alive Now retreats, programs, and events are strictly **non-refundable**. Cancellations do not qualify for monetary returns; however, participants may receive **service credits** applicable to future bookings at the organization's discretion. ### Liability Waiver and Insurance Disclaimer Live Alive Now operates without liability insurance to maintain lower pricing. Consequently, the organization, its staff, volunteers, and associated parties are **released and discharged** from all claims, demands, and causes of action arising from any loss, damage, injury, or death. * **Scope of Release:** This waiver covers all inquiries, services, food, snacks, and information provided during participation. * **Negligence Clause:** Participants explicitly release Live Alive Now from liability even if injuries result from the **negligence** of the organizers. * **Third-Party Bookings:** Individuals booking on behalf of others warrant that the participant has been informed of these terms and voluntarily assumes all liability and risks. ### Assumption of Risk Participation is voluntary and constitutes an **express assumption of all risks**, known or unknown. * **Activities:** Programs may include Rife, remote Rife, intuitive readings, physical exercises, psychedelics, mindfulness practices, imprint stickers, and other wellness activities. * **Acknowledged Risks:** Participants accept full responsibility for potential injuries, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or unforeseen damages incurred during the program. ### Medical Disclaimer and Clearance Live Alive Now does not diagnose or treat medical conditions; its services are not a substitute for professional medical advice. * **Participant Duty:** Individuals must consult a healthcare provider before, during, and after the program regarding their fitness to participate. * **No Medical Liability:** The organization assumes no responsibility for medical conditions or health outcomes resulting from participation. ### Agreement to Terms By booking, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This agreement applies to the current booking and extends to any future programs or activities signed up for later. Participants acknowledge voluntary participation, full assumption of responsibility for all risks, and acceptance of the non-refundable cancellation policy. I am also responsible for cost of any damages I caused.
