May include past-life impressions, spirit communication, or animal connection, offering reassurance and transformative insight.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be placed 48 hours in advanced. Cancellations are non-refundable without 48 hours notice. Liability Acknowledgement Program Description: The wellness program may include activities such as rife machine, remote rife, intuitive readings physical exercises, psychedelics, mindfulness practices, imprint stickers, and other wellness-related activities. Participants are encouraged to follow instructions and seek medical clearance if they have any health concerns before beginning the program, during and after the program. This signature is for present and future appointments. Assumption of Risk: I, the undersigned, acknowledge that my participation in the wellness program is voluntary. I understand that the program may include physical activity, which could involve risks such as injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or other unforeseen risks. I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I may incur as a result of participating in this program. There is no insurance provided to keep pricing lower for the clients. Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in this program, I hereby release and discharge Live Alive Now its staff, volunteers and any other associated parties from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that I may sustain, whether caused by the negligence of the program organizers or otherwise. Medical Disclaimer: I acknowledge that Live Alive Now is not responsible for diagnosing or treating medical conditions, and the wellness program is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I agree to consult a healthcare provider before participating if I have any concerns about my ability to safely engage in wellness activities. Agreement to Terms: By booking I accept the terms of this waiver and may include programs and activities that I may sign up for later, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the wellness program and assume full responsibility for any risks involved
